Thought I would introduce myself although I have already posted on the Italian forum.
We (myself Venice, partner Darren and piccolo Michelangelo 18 mo) live in a converted tobacco barn in an olive grove in Salento, the heel of Italy's boot.
Reading the Continuum Concept when Miki was 3 mo confirmed all our attachment parenting instincts. We were already cosleeping, babywearing and bfing on demand but the book gave me so much insight into parenting. I have also found being on the CC listserv has helped me even more than the book itself.
We are organising olive harvesting holidays this winter for families. If you sign up to our new forum
http://www.alternativefamilytravel.com you could have a chance to win a free holiday!
For more info about us and what we do, have a look at our site

I hope the attachment parenting movement grows around the world, it's ironic to see these practices are continuing to die out in developing countries at the same time as we in the West are adopting them.
Look forward to getting involved!
