http://www.ponyfish.com/feeds/20042FtziJqTq gives a (news) feed of new posts on this board, well should at least it should in a newsreader

Or you can use an rss to mail service like http://www.rssfwd.com, fill in the above ponyfish link, your emailaddress and have new posts mailed to you.

Only the first post in a new topic is picked up this way (check!), not the replies

Let me know if you use it, if this works and what not. For me as more of an email person this might do the trick to get used to visiting a webforum like this ;)
